Lido get win over Corus
Afan Lido got their first pre season win in their 3rd friendly match. Tonight's game was against Corus Steel, who feature several Lido ex boys in their squad.

Tonight's win was a welcome tonic after we suffered 2 defeats in our previous 2 friendlies against Grange Albion and Briton Ferry.

The final score in tonight's game was 2-0 to Lido with the first goal coming in the 48th minute scored by Kieran Howells making a welcome return in Lido colours, the 2nd goal came in the 66th minute scored by Fodderje who is a Congo striker.

Under 18's news
The under 18's are in the west division again this season, in a 14 team league, the teams that make up the division are:
Afan Lido, Llanelli, Pontardawe, Port Talbot, Cwmafan, Corus, Porthcawl Athletic, Bryntirion, Bridgend, Llantwit Major, Maesteg Park, Les Croupiers, plus 2 more not yet sure of. The under 18's have been drawn at home to Cardiff Bay Quins in the cup 1st round.
